PP Neglected Land Reform, "Public Policies So Important" PDF Print E-mail
 

INILAH.COM, Jakarta - Implementation of Government Regulation (PP) No 11 Year 2010 on Control and Utilization of Abandon Land have appreciation and support from Non Govermental Organization (NGO’s).

It is said by Chairman of the National Council of Consortium of Agrarian Reform (KPA), Usep Setiawan, in Jakarta, Wednesday (24 / 6). This regulation (PP) should be placed in context reform or agrarian reform.

Therefore, this regulation will be an important public policy and in line with the agrarian reform program. "This regulation (PP) needs to be appreciated positively, because it is a step forward in the process of agrarian reform in Indonesia," he said.

According Usep, implementation of this regulation (PP) more effective then suggested that President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono immediately able to issue clear instructions and explicit to all Government Officials from central to regional also BUMN/BUMD officials to obey and support the implementation of this regulation (PP).
