PT Agro Muko working on Land beyond Rights of Land PDF Print E-mail
 

The unfavorable issue struck PT. Agro Muko. After busy with alleged of dumped waste of the river, now dispute of land re-sticking. Allegedly one of the branches of PT. Agro Muko, Agro Muko Air Buluh Estate located in Ipuh province has working on land beyond a broader of term of HGU. Whereas the land which working by this company is ex of land of PT Agro Bumi Kakau Utama Lestari of area of 2500 hectare.

Besides that the palm oil plantation companies also has working on land of former of PT. Ipuh Multi covering 800 hectares. Then work on the former land PT. Bumi Bunga Sejahtera. All of land abandoned since handed over by local governments handed to their respective companies.

Of the citizen reported in surrounding of plantation. Half of the abandoned land was already bought by the company from the resident who has claimed the land belongs to them. It strengthened by evidence of a certificated of land (SKT) on behalf of the purchasers of land. But who to buy the land was not on behalf of the company but on behalf of employees who are influential in the company.

Expansion of plantations should not be controlled by a company, should with the plasma system, which means people who have land helped by the company, its maintenance or other costs. The result of plasma will be sold to the company and each month the company cut costs till the resident debt is paid off.

The vice director of PT Agro Muko argue and stated that the company never working the land beyond the HGU.
